Jewelry care
What should I do if my jewelry gets damaged?
If your jewelry becomes damaged, email us at info@loraida.com, and we’ll guide you on repair options. We’re always here to help restore your piece, whether it needs fixing, polishing, or general maintenance, to ensure it looks as beautiful as the day you received it. Avoid attempting at-home fixes, as this can cause further damage.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. Clean your pieces regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth. For gold and gemstones, use warm water with mild soap and dry thoroughly. Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place, ideally in a fabric-lined box or pouch, to prevent scratches and tarnishing.
How should I store my jewelry?
Store each piece separately to avoid scratches and tangling. Use a soft pouch or a jewelry box with compartments. Keep your pieces away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity to preserve their finish.
